Minimum requirements:

•Hands On mentality

•Proven leadership abilities and communication skills

•Strong organizational and computer skills

•Fluent command of English

•Work experience on passenger ships

•Seaman's book

•Certificates:

➢Certificate of Competency OOW (A-II/1)

➢Basic Safety Training (VI 1)

➢Medical Care on Board VI/4-2

➢GMDSS (IV2)

➢Passenger Ship Safety (V2)

➢Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats (VI2)

➢Advanced Fire Fighting (VI3)

➢Security Awareness With Designated Security Duties

➢ECDIS Generic and ECDIS Specific

What we offer:

•Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice

•Tip equally shared through all crew members

•Rotation: 3 months on board 2 month at home

•Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz.

•Contract is on seasonal basis; paid only while on board

•Travel policy: travel is arranged by Company from nearest airport to your home city till port of embarkation

•Refund for obtaining pre-joining GCCL Medical report as well as test on Alcohol & Drugs

•Internet on board;

•Refund for visa application if applicable

•Please note that all contracts issued are Cayman seafarer contracts;

Candidates are expected to work on board an international cruise ship.
