About The Role The Advanced Associate, Brand is a hybrid strategist-operator who supports day-to-day brand management and helps strengthen relationships with families who act as brand ambassadors. This role synthesizes insights, ensures brand consistency across channels, and partners closely with external agencies, Creative Services, PR, and Social teams to mobilize ambassadors and amplify authentic family stories aligned to our brand platform. Families are one of the most credible voices of the Connections Academy experience. This role helps ensure our story is told consistently and authentically, building awareness year-round and confidence during enrollment peaks. Key Responsibilities Brand Management & GovernanceEducation sector experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 – $85,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
