Agile Scrum Master (Remote)

We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will lead and coordinate multiple concurrent Agile development streams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing cross-team blockers, and ensuring aligned delivery through effective use of JIRA and Agile Hive.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, and this is a Remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master for a software engineering project consisting of multiple concurrent development streams.
• They will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion among development streams. They will also assist in tracking, following up on, and closing out any questions or blockers faced by the team.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S Citizen

• 6+ years' experience as Scrum Master covering integrated concurrent development streams
• 6+ years managing JIRA for development teams, including metrics and dashboards for Agile Hive
• 3+ years' experience with Agile methodologies, including leading PI planning, standups, and sprint ceremonies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized, able to track and follow through on action items/decisions
• Ability to coordinate between technical, functional, and PMO stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $85-95/hr
