Answering Service Operators

We are seeking Answering Service Operators to join a professional call management team.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls for multiple clients and delivering excellent customer service.

Answering Service Operators Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $12.00 to $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 12:00pm )

• Answer high-volume inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Take accurate messages and relay them via email, text, or system tools.
• Transfer calls according to client instructions.
• Schedule appointments and update calendars.
• Follow client-specific call scripts and procedures.
• Handle emergency and after-hours calls appropriately.
• Enter detailed call notes into the system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.

Answering Service Operators Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
