Job Description
As a Barista, you’ll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. You’ll engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.
$12.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the bright start to our guests' mornings, serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile.
- Your daily tasks will include operating coffee and espresso machines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
- A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as bartender, beverage manager, or even food and beverage management positions.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- No educational minimum is required
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
