As a Bilingual Interviewer (Spanish/English), you will source, screen, and interview bilingual candidates to meet client workforce needs, support onboarding and recruiting operations, and ensure compliance with employment guidelines and hiring best practices.

Required Education and Experience - High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or a professional office environment
- Experience working directly with the public or candidates
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Education and Experience - Staffing agency, talent acquisition, or manufacturing HR experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- HR or staffing certifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
General Requirements - Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of recruiting processes, candidate screening, and interviewing techniques
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple open job orders
- Strong organizational, time management, and data entry skills
- Technical proficiency with ATS systems, job boards (e.g., Indeed), and online sourcing platforms
- Understanding of state and federal employment laws and compliance standards
- Results-driven mindset with strong sense of urgency
- Ethical conduct and professional credibility
Essential Functions - Source qualified candidates through online job boards, the MAU website, referrals, and lead generation tools
- Conduct bilingual (Spanish/English) phone and in-person behavioral-based interviews
- Pre-screen applicants to ensure eligibility and alignment with client job requirements
- Translate Spanish interview notes and candidate documentation into English within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedule interviews, assessments, orientations, and client meetings
- Administer pre-employment assessments and review results with Staffing Specialists
- Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Research rehire eligibility and verify previous employment history
- Communicate recruiting updates and hiring results with internal team members
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Provide receptionist support as needed, including answering phones and greeting applicants
- Participate in branch safety initiatives and required compliance training
Work Environment and Physical Demands - This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and filing systems. The role supports high-volume recruiting and candidate interaction.
