Responsibilities

• Support various Financial Systems, including but not limited to Hyperion, SAP, PPM Pro, etc.
• Create and manage standard reports, user securities, system backup process
• Support ongoing financial processes such as annual budgeting, forecasting, closing, analysis, reporting, etc.
• Monitor and report system performance issues; Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with Hyperion
• Perform troubleshooting for Hyperion end users by evaluating problem situations in depth, arriving at independent conclusions leading to problem resolution and documentation
• Analyze business processes and customer needs, map them to corresponding financial systems
• Create and maintain user documentation, instructions, and procedures
• Provide user trainings 
• Work as liaison between Finance Team, I.T. Group, and external consultants

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred
• I.T. educational background or working experience highly preferred
• Experience of using Hyperion and/or SAP in past job is a plus; Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Excellent face-to-face, telephone and e-mail communication
• Minimum Job-Related Experience Required: 2 years related experience
• Candidate needs to work closely with business from international locations
• Clearly defines and utilizes processes in daily work; looks for innovative ways to streamline work processes

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $64,400 - $118,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
