Job Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service quality * Manage, train, and schedule employees to maintain productivity and high morale * Monitor chemical usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies * Track performance metrics and report results to upper management * Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications: * Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred) * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Basic mechanical understanding of car wash equipment is a plus * Reliable, organized, and customer-focused Benefits: * Competitive salary based on experience
