About Us:

LeBaron Hills Country Club opened in 2001 as one of the premier golf courses on the South Shore. The championship 18 hole private course designed by Cornish, Silva & Mungeam, Inc. is a challenging 6803 yards with a par of 72. Along with the golf course, LeBaron Hills Country Club has tour class practice facilities that include a 10 acre practice range, 40-yard short game hole complete with a regulation green and bunker, and a 60,000 square foot practice green. LeBaron Hills plays host to approximately 23,000 rounds annually between member and guest play.

While our primary focus is creating an exceptional experience for our members, we also host a select number of outside functions and outings throughout the year. From golf to dining to special events, our team works together to make sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Behind the scenes, we’re equally dedicated to running a smooth and professional operation, with strong business practices that support the member experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a certified lifeguard to join our team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and eager to keep our outdoor pool area safe and enjoyable for our members and guests all summer long. If you're dependable, team-oriented, and love the sun, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a Part-Time, Seasonal position requiring approximately 15 per week , with some flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and swimmers.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or questions from patrons.

Qualifications

• Valid lifeguard certification and completion of lifeguard training
• Valid CPR and first aid certification
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Job Type :

• Part-Time, Seasonal

Salary :

• Hourly, Non-Exempt: $19.00 per hour.

Benefits :

• Golf playing and practicing privileges

Schedule :

• Varies. Some weekends are required.
