Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization towards sustained growth and success. Our Mission is to provide cultural enrichment and educational experiences for youth and adults.

Description of responsibilities:

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive of the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center, responsible for leading the organization, driving its mission, and ensuring its continued success as a cultural hub. This individual will oversee all aspects of the theater, including development, operations, programming, financial sustainability, and community engagement. The Executive Director will lead fundraising efforts, foster donor relationships, and guide the strategic vision of the organization to grow its presence and impact and ensure long-term sustainability and success.

Required experience:

• Proven experience in nonprofit leadership, preferably in the arts or cultural sector.
• Strong background in fundraising, development, and donor relations.
• Familiarity with event programming, booking performances, and contract negotiations is a plus.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management and financial planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking with the ability to inspire and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to serving the community.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ Leadership and Strategic Planning
• 5+ years’ Development and Fundraising
• Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, business or related field
• Programming and Artistic Oversite
• Demonstrated Operational and Financial Management experience
• Community Engagement and Advocacy
• 5+ years proven leadership, Staff Management and Organizational Development

Pay: $59,319.30 - $71,438.30 per year
