POSITION DETAIL
Wichita Falls Federal Credit Union, located in Wichita Falls, Texas, holding more than $34 million in assets, is currently seeking to replace their retiring President/CEO. Working directly with the board of directors, the new President/CEO will be charged with sustaining a culture based on high-level member service, fostering an environment that promotes growth and self-improvement, enhancing membership growth with a focus on younger generations, and strengthening the credit union’s capabilities to reduce fraud. Additionally, the board wants this individual to develop educational opportunities for the membership and position the credit union to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years of experience working in a leadership capacity for a financial institution, demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring skills, and have proven leadership experience.
