The Opportunity:
As a Client Advisor, you are the key to a seamless car-buying experience. You will guide each client through their journey, from their first inquiry to a successful purchase or lease, and will be responsible for building relationships that drive referrals and client retention.
This role is for a highly motivated inside sales professional with impeccable communication skills who is ready to own a dynamic process from start to finish.
What you will do:
Own the client journey: Qualify and develop warm leads, manage each opportunity, and deliver a best-in-class experience.
Drive growth: Proactively identify opportunities for self-generation of leads.
Achieve excellence: Maintain high client satisfaction while being mindful of profitability.
Build relationships: Nurture relationships with new car dealers, trade-in partners, and vendors.
Stay organized: Utilize Salesforce to manage your progress with each lead and client.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to provide other departments with accurate, timely information.
Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of sales and service experience.
Proficiency with modern computer systems, including Google Workspace and Salesforce.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and vendors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to qualify leads and close deals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge of the car industry is a plus, but not required.
