Job Description

My client who is one of the top 100 Commercial Roofing Contractors is seeking a Commercial Construction Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the Atlanta commercial roofing sector.

Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and enhancing our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Growth Strategy: The Business Development Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand market share.
* Market Research: Conduct research to identify client needs, market trends, and opportunities in the greater metro market.
* Lead Generation: As the Business Development Manager, you will proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client partnerships, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
* Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and project teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
* Networking: Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish connections and enhance visibility.
* Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report KPIs.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to position us as a leader in the market.
* Reporting: Regularly analyze and present business development progress and sales performance.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 3-10 years proven track record as a Business Development Manager or similar role with demonstrated success in driving revenue.
* Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the commercial construction industry, including trends and competitors.
* Skills:

* Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation: A competitive package, including a Sales Incentive Plan, will be offered based on experience.
