Job Description

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager with direct experience delivering hyperscale data center projects. This role supports large-scale, mission-critical builds where electrical infrastructure, schedule discipline, and cost control drive success. You’ll lead complex construction efforts in fast-paced environments that demand precision coordination and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning through turnover and closeout
  
• Oversee electrical construction scope including procurement, installation sequencing, and field coordination
  
• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6
  
• Lead estimating efforts and maintain financial tracking through cost management systems
  
• Coordinate VDC/BIM processes to support clash detection and constructability reviews
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing hyperscale data center construction projects
  
• Strong background in electrical construction management
  
• Proficiency with Spectrum and cost management platforms
  
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling
  
• Familiarity with VDC/BIM coordination workflows
  
• Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and mission-critical field operations
  
• Strong estimating and financial oversight experience
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in high-intensity project environments
