As a Customer Care Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat interactions. Your primary goal is to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency in communication.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
