Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems
Update and maintain accurate records
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review and correct errors in data entries
Perform regular data audits and validation checks

Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Retrieve data as requested by supervisors or departments
