THIS IS A LIMITED TERM POSITION WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED OR BECOME PERMANENT.

THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. THE AMOUNT OF TELEWORK IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

Under the general direction of the Division Chief, the incumbent serves as the Document and Information Management Center Manager II. The incumbent serves as the Document & Information Management Center (DIMC) operations manager over the department's mail opening, sorting, document imaging, cashiering, data capture/purification, and document storage/retrieval services operations; and oversees the department's document governance process and the coordination of the Division's administrative processes (personnel, business services, budgetary, etc.).

The incumbent must have strong organizational and communication abilities (written and verbal) to support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities. This position is located at 9815 Goethe Road, Sacramento, CA, 95827, near Bradshaw Road and Hwy 50.

Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month.
