Are you a recent CDL school graduate looking to start your career?

Blue Ridge is currently accepting applications for our Paid CDL-A Training Program in the Sparks and Reno area . We specialize in transitioning new drivers from the classroom to the open road through a structured, one-on-one mentorship program.

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS

• Weekly Pay: $1,200 $1,500 (Direct Deposit)
• Routes: Regional and OTR lanes across the West and Midwest
• Home Time: Flexible weekly or bi-weekly options

PAID TRAINING PROGRAM

You will be paired with a dedicated trainer from day one. Training covers:

• 3 to 5 weeks of paid, on-the-job training
• One-on-one coaching to master ELD compliance, mountain driving, and advanced maneuvers
• Solo transition only after you pass a final evaluation and feel confident

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• The Fleet: Late-model 20242025 Freightliners and Kenworths
• Amenities: All trucks are APU-equipped for driver comfort
• The Load: 100% No-touch dry van freight (70% drop and hook)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Completion of 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
