Job Title: Associate Environmental Graphic Designer (Production-Focused)
Location: Milwaukee, WI – Onsite (4–5 days per week; potential 1 WFH day after 6 months)

Associate Environmental Graphic Designer to support branded interior environments across financial institutions nationwide. This is a
production-driven, architecturally embedded role — not a marketing or brand development position. The Associate Environmental Graphic Designer will translate established brand standards into physical, built environments within bank branches, operations centers, and corporate offices.
Working alongside Architects and Interior Designers, this individual will execute environmental graphics that integrate seamlessly into spatial design. This role is ideal for a collaborative, organized, designer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based architecture environment.

- Design large-scale wall graphics and branded murals
- Develop community photo montages and storytelling elements
- Create interior messaging graphics and space identification lettering
- Design privacy glass patterns and brand-integrated imagery
- Support signage systems and light wayfinding applications
- Prepare large-format, print-ready artwork for fabrication
- Translate established brand guidelines into site-specific interior applications
- Ensure resolution accuracy based on viewing distance and scale
- Deliver production-ready files aligned with spatial dimensions
- Apply typography and imagery thoughtfully within architectural context
- Work side-by-side with Interior Designers and Architects
- Receive direction from design leads and participate in rapid feedback cycles
- Develop graphics from exported 3D model snapshots (no Revit use required)
- Align graphics with floor plans, elevations, and material palettes
- Manage multiple projects concurrently across the firm
- Maintain strong file organization and version control
- Pivot quickly when project priorities shift
- Support fabrication coordination when applicable
- Assist with vendor communication as needed
- Support static or motion-based content for digital displays
- Coordinate minor outsourced digital assets if experienced
- Help centralize digital environmental content internally (if applicable)
What Qualifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Graphic Design, or related field
- 2–5 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental graphics, interior branding, or large-format production work
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork for large-scale fabrication
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and spatial scale
- Highly organized with excellent file management discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively in a shared creative environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with environmental graphics, signage systems, or branded interiors
- Retail, experiential, campus, museum, or hospitality project exposure
- Familiarity with fabrication coordination
- Working knowledge of After Effects or motion tools
- Experience with digital signage content
- Experience inside an architecture or design-build firm
