Job Description
About Beautiful Easy
Beautiful Easy is a growing, independent beauty company known for our award-winning LiLash Cosmetics brand. We create award-winning beauty products that elevate eyes, boost confidence, and celebrate natural beauty with effortless simplicity. Our team is collaborative, driven, and always learning. We're looking for people who share our initiative, ambition, and commitment to doing great work together
About the roles
We are growing our creative team and hiring two new roles: a Graphic Designer and a Senior Graphic Designer. Both roles are production-focused, hands-on, and critical to how our brand shows up day-to-day across DTC and wholesale channels.
Our creative team supports a fast-moving business with real volume across email, paid social, and web. We're looking for designers who enjoy translating brand direction into clear, compelling, and well-executed creative.
Both roles partner closely with marketing and ecommerce team members and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of our output. Where they differ is how they contribute:
- Graphic Designer is focused on executing production work reliably and accurately within established direction and systems.
- Senior Graphic Designer role combines strong production execution with a higher-level design lens—helping shape standards, systems, and cohesion as the business grows.
If you enjoy doing the work, care about quality, and want to be part of a creative function that's evolving in real time, this could be a great fit.
What you'll do
(Scope varies by level; senior responsibilities build on the designer role.)
- Produce day-to-day design deliverables across DTC and wholesale channels, including:
- Email + SMS creative for Klaviyo (modules, hero banners, promo callouts, product storytelling assets)
- Paid social assets for Meta (static + light motion) and Google (display sizes, responsive display inputs when needed)
- Organic social assets, web banners, and landing page graphics
- Shopify site creative: homepage updates, collection/PDP modules, and promotional site moments
- Work within clear briefs, priorities, and timelines to deliver work efficiently and accurately.
- Resize, version, and adapt key art into channel-ready outputs (multiple variants for placements, offers, and tests).
- Create packaging and supporting assets as applicable (labels, inserts, cartons, stickers).
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines (typography, color, layout systems).
- Prep files for print and digital (bleeds, dielines, color profiles, exports, naming conventions).
- Manage feedback cycles by incorporating edits accurately and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Additional responsibilities (Senior Graphic Designer)
- Translate brand direction, campaign goals, and business priorities into cohesive, executable creative across channels.
- Lead production for larger initiatives or campaigns, ensuring visual cohesion across email, paid, site, and supporting assets.
- Bring a directional lens to day-to-day work by setting visual patterns and standards others can follow.
- Build and evolve templates, modular systems, and asset frameworks that support scale.
- Define and evolve the structure of the asset library to support reuse, clarity, and growth.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in creative workflows and proactively improve them.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, and align on direction.
- Provide informal guidance or quality review for other designers or contributors as the team grows.
What you'll bring
Graphic Designer
- 2+ years of design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance) with strong production chops.
- A portfolio that demonstrates production volume, including campaign variations and performance-ready creative.
- Strong layout instincts and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Comfort with print production basics (packaging or retail assets a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines while maintaining quality.
- Clear, proactive communication when priorities shift or timelines need adjustment.
- Ecommerce familiarity (Shopify/Klaviyo) and performance-creative awareness (hierarchy, clarity, offer-led layouts).
Senior Graphic Designer
- 5+ years of design experience with deep production experience in ecommerce or high-volume environments.
- A portfolio that demonstrates cohesive campaign systems, scalable frameworks, and cross-channel thinking.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to balance brand expression, performance needs, and operational realities.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma.
- Comfort owning or leading packaging workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and bring clarity and structure to evolving priorities.
- Clear, proactive communication around tradeoffs when priorities shift or timelines need adjustment.
Bonus points (both roles)
- Beauty, personal care, wellness, fashion, or CPG experience.
- Basic motion skills (After Effects) or comfort collaborating on light motion work.
- Experience working in small or scaling teams.
Success looks like
Graphic Designer
- You consistently produce high-quality work with minimal errors.
- Your work aligns cleanly with brand guidelines across channels.
- You're reliable and easy to work with—stakeholders trust you to deliver.
Senior Graphic Designer
- Creative across channels feels cohesive, intentional, and distinctly on brand.
- Design systems and standards reduce rework and improve speed.
- Stakeholders rely on your judgment to help shape direction.
- The creative function feels more organized, scalable, and grounded because you're in the role.
Why this could be right for you
This is an opportunity to join a creative team that's doing real work, shipping often, and actively figuring out how to get better. Whether you're a strong production designer looking to deepen your craft or a senior designer ready to bring structure and direction without stepping into people management, there's room here to contribute meaningfully and grow with the business.
Compensation: Designer: $70k-90k; Sr. Designer: $100-120k
