Job Description

Job Description:

Who We Are - About Bally Keal Estate
"Bally" in Irish can mean homestead, settlement, pass, or passage. Derived from the Gaelic phrase "baile na'' meaning "place of." It speaks both to the heritage vines that provide grapes for our limited production wines and the curated selection of spirits and beers we craft on site. The surname Keal belongs to the large category of Anglo-Saxon names meaning "towns," "villages," "parishes," or "farmsteads." Situated on eighty acres of land bordered on the east side by the prominent landmark Twin Sisters Peak and west by the Vaca Mountain range, Bally Keal is designed as an inclusive visitor destination similar to an ancient Irish town or village. The event center, winery, distillery, and brewery serve as a dynamic social hub where hundreds of guests and extended family assemble to witness and
celebrate the union of two souls in marriage, or a gathering spot where friends meet to trade stories and invent new ones.
