About Our Family

We are a busy, energetic family of four with two active boys who are both in school nearby and involved in a variety of activities. Our household is run by two professionals: one parent is a CEO with a demanding schedule and the other is an entrepreneur who manages two businesses. We are fun-loving and laid back, and are excited to bring someone into our home to help manage some of the day-to-day tasks. The household has structure and organization in place, but we are always open to new solutions. We enjoy spending time together and prioritize family activities, though both parents have high-demand jobs. We are looking for someone to take charge of day-to-day tasks, allowing us to focus on what matters most.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

Proactive & Independent: You take full ownership of the home and anticipate needs before they arise. You don't need constant direction and are comfortable working autonomously, making sure things get done without reminders.

Collaborative & Communicative: You understand the value of open communication and enjoy working alongside the family to support the household. You keep the family in the loop and make sure tasks are completed efficiently.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail and enjoy keeping the household running smoothly. From laundry to inventory management, you ensure everything is in its place and tasks are completed with care.

Adaptable & Flexible: You understand that schedules can change and are willing to adjust your approach to accommodate the family's needs. Whether it's shifting from household management to pet care or supporting last-minute errands, you remain calm and adaptable.

Positive & Fun: You bring a light, positive energy to the home, contributing to a fun and relaxed environment. You have a warm, approachable personality that complements the family dynamic.

Dog-Friendly: You love dogs and are comfortable incorporating them into your daily routine. You'll enjoy taking care of two border collies, making sure they get the attention and care they deserve.

Reliable & Experienced: You have prior experience in household management, either professionally or running your own household, and you are dependable. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a smooth, well-maintained home environment for the family.
