Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RCFE House Manager to oversee daily operations within our residential care home. This role is ideal for a true leader who can champion a team, set the tone for professionalism, and support a positive and respectful work environment.

The House Manager will help ensure the home runs smoothly, staff maintain high standards of professionalism and work decorum, and residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and champion a team of caregivers, fostering accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Promote and maintain strong workplace standards, including professionalism and work decorum.
• Oversee daily household operations to ensure the home is organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Coordinate grocery orders and household supplies to ensure the home is properly stocked.
• Support quality care by ensuring residents’ needs are met in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain communication with leadership regarding home operations, needs, or concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RCFE regulations is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to lead by example.
