As an HR summer intern you will partner with HR leaders and HR Business Partners on real business initiatives apply research and data to solve problems and use digital tools such as Workday Microsoft Copilot Excel and PowerPoint.
At the conclusion of the internship you will prepare and deliver a brief capstone presentation to HR leadership summarizing projects completed insights gained and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Support HR strategic projects from research through documentation and recommendations
Analyze data processes and best practices to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams
Develop professional executive-ready materials (process maps templates summaries &/or presentations)
Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and insights
Prepare and present a final end-of-summer presentation to HR leadership
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology Sociology or related field
Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting clients customers or internal stakeholders
Demonstrated student leadership (e.g. student organizations project teams)
Interest in HR strategy analytics or organizational effectiveness
