Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring an Human Resource Coordinator to support a fast-growing real estate organization in Chicago’s Fulton Market district. This Human Resource Coordinator opportunity plays a critical part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for hundreds of new employees each year. In this role you will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to manage high-volume onboarding while ensuring every new hire, from entry-level employees to VP-level leaders, feels welcomed and supported.

Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle all new hires annually

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding

  • Facilitate a professional and welcoming onboarding experience across multiple departments and locations

  • Maintain employee records and ensure onboarding documentation is complete and compliant

  • Utilize Dayforce to manage onboarding workflows and employee data

  • Track HR metrics and reporting through Excel to maintain accurate employee data

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to coordinate onboarding timelines

  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism


Human Resource Coordinator Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR experience with hands-on onboarding coordination

  • Experience supporting high-volume onboarding environments preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work with employees across multiple levels of the organization

  • Experience with HRIS platforms required

  • Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting HR data

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
