LaSalle Network is hiring an Human Resource Coordinator to support a fast-growing real estate organization in Chicago’s Fulton Market district. This Human Resource Coordinator opportunity plays a critical part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for hundreds of new employees each year. In this role you will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to manage high-volume onboarding while ensuring every new hire, from entry-level employees to VP-level leaders, feels welcomed and supported.

Human Resource Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full onboarding lifecycle all new hires annually
Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding
Facilitate a professional and welcoming onboarding experience across multiple departments and locations
Maintain employee records and ensure onboarding documentation is complete and compliant
Utilize Dayforce to manage onboarding workflows and employee data
Track HR metrics and reporting through Excel to maintain accurate employee data
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to coordinate onboarding timelines
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
Human Resource Coordinator Requirements
1–3 years of HR experience with hands-on onboarding coordination
Experience supporting high-volume onboarding environments preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with employees across multiple levels of the organization
Experience with HRIS platforms required
Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting HR data
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
