What You’ll Do
• Manage HVAC Comfort Advisor responsibilities across Birmingham
• Conduct in-home consultations and present customized HVAC solutions
• Perform detailed comfort surveys and home energy evaluations
• Convert qualified, company-provided leads into closed sales
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referral opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established sales processes
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of proven outside sales success
• HVAC industry experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (college education a plus)
• Strong closing, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Competitive mindset with a customer-first approach

Hi, I’m Kerry Adkins, the president of OnTime Service. Thank you for your interest in
our company. If I may, I’ll tell you a little more about OnTime Service and about how
we work to serve our customers.
My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him
as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on
residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating
and cooling division. In November 2016, we started offering plumbing services to
our customers. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of
commercial projects in Alabama.
