Industrial Painter

We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Industrial Painter to support a busy manufacturing facility producing high-quality components and  winches.  This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety, consistency, and quality. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE LISTED ON A RESUME AND PASS FIT TEST FOR HALF MASK RESPIRATOR.

Industrial Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, degreasing)
• Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment (airless, HVLP, conventional)
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs
• Maintain paint equipment and a clean work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Cross train in other departments (team player)

Industrial Painter Qualifications:

• Previous industrial painting experience required
• Strong prep and finishing skills
• Experience with spray guns and paint booth environments
• High attention to detail and quality
• HS diploma or GED
• English proficiency 
• Good attendance 
• Steel toe shoes 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
