Industrial Painter
Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour + $2 Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Painter to join a growing team in West Tulsa. This Industrial Painter role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship , understands industrial coating standards , and thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment .
Key Responsibilities
• Perform industrial painting duties including washing, surface prep, basic rigging, painting, and general maintenance
• Paint steel, aluminum, equipment, and piping systems
• Use viscosity cups, thickness gauges, and gloss gauges to ensure coating accuracy
• Mix paints and coatings according to technical data sheets
• Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products
• Follow all OSHA , Hazmat , and shop safety procedures
Paint Test Requirements
Candidates must pass a hands-on paint test demonstrating:
• Proper paint mixing per technical data sheet
• Setting spray pots and spraying test components
• Application of standard coating systems:
Above-ground: 3-coat system ( primer → mid-coat → top-coat )
Below-ground: SPC-2888or Denso Protal 7200plural component coating
