Job Description

The ISO Campaign Sales Operator is a permanent role within The Mor B.A.C.Q Group, serving as a deployed sales professional under The Mor B.A.C.Q Groups Independent Sales Organization authority. Operators are embedded directly into client campaigns to execute sales strategies, secure closes, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes. This role functions as a hired‑in sales team for clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while maintaining The Mor B.A.C.Q Groups standard of credibility and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

* **Sales Execution**

Deliver sales presentations and secure closes on behalf of The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s contracted clients, operating under ISO authority to fulfill campaign sales objectives.

* **Compliance**

Maintain strict compliance with The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s ISO Agreement obligations, including confidentiality, non‑circumvention, non‑compete, and non‑solicitation, ensuring all sales activities protect client trust and contractual integrity.

* **Strategy Conversion**

Convert client campaign strategies into persuasive sales presentations and effective closes, ensuring that sales execution aligns with the objectives defined by The Mor B.A.C.Q Group and its clients.

* **Documentation & Archival Integrity**

Accurately record all sales activities, outcomes, and client interactions, ensuring integration into The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s strategic archive to preserve operational integrity and support future campaign deployment.

* **Consultative Collaboration**

Collaborate closely with The Mor B.A.C.Q Group consultants to ensure sales execution reflects diagnostic findings and aligns with each client’s defined objectives and designated KPI’s.

* **Professional Representation**

Represent The Mor B.A.C.Q Group and its clients with professionalism and credibility in all external engagements, ensuring that every interaction reinforces ISO authority and protects the reputation of both the Group and the client.

* **Philosophical Demonstration & Application**

Demonstrate a clear understanding and consistent application of The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s proprietary sales psychologies, ensuring that every sales interaction reflects the Group’s legacy‑driven methodologies and reinforces credibility, brevity, and authority in buyer engagement.

* **Work Setting**

This role is primarily remote, requiring Operators to maintain professional presence in virtual environments. Operators must be available for occasional travel to campaign activation sites, partner meetings, or board‑level presentations as directed by The Mor B.A.C.Q Group. Flexibility in scheduling and mobility is expected to align with campaign demands.

**Compensation**

This is a 1099 contractor role with a commission‑only compensation structure. ISO Campaign Sales Operators deploy The Mor B.A.C.Q Group’s sales engine inside client organizations and are responsible for full‑cycle sales execution, including outreach, qualification, follow‑up, and closing.

Operators earn:

• 15% commission on the first five (5) closed deals each month

• 18% commission on every closed deal after the fifth within the same month

Additional micro‑incentives may be available for generating fully qualified opportunities that meet predefined criteria. There is no base salary; compensation is tied directly to closed revenue and measurable sales outcomes.
