Job Description

Apogee Global RMS is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer who will be able to design, build, and scale complex systems end‑to‑end. This role requires strong technical depth in Java/Spring Boot, modern front‑end frameworks, and the ability to influence architecture, mentor others, and deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of full‑stack features using J ava/Spring Boot and React or Angular
• Architect scalable APIs, services, and integrations
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from design to deployment
• Improve system performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape solutions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best‑practice engineering standards

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of full‑stack development experience

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
• Front‑end experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and automation
