We're actively seeking to expand our growing team with a new Legal Nurse Consultant. The Legal Nurse Consultant serves as an indispensable clinical and educational resource to our clients, offering real-time guidance on their cases and, crucially, expertly managing the intricate details of complex medical litigation. Job Description Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases, providing our Expert Search team with the vital information needed to meticulously research and identify the most impactful expert witnesses. Leverage your expertise in the review of medical records and summaries. Actively assist our Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases and providing crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes, collaborating seamlessly with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction. Qualifications Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner 1-2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting, preferred but not required. Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A true team player, demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.
