We are a high-end boutique holistic medical spa seeking an intuitive, heart-centered Licensed Esthetician to grow with our team. Our space is a sanctuary, where advanced skincare meets intentional healing, and every treatment is designed to nourish both skin and spirit.

We are looking for someone who understands that touch is powerful, energy matters, and true skin transformation begins from within.

Your Role:

You will create elevated, customized facial experiences that blend clinical knowledge with healing intention. Each treatment is not simply a service, it is a ritual designed to restore balance, encourage circulation, and support overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced, customized luxury facials grounded in holistic and medical-grade skincare principles.
• Conduct intuitive and thorough skin analysis to design personalized treatment journeys.
• Integrate shoulder, neck, and décolleté massage to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation.
• Utilize cranial and facial massage techniques to release stored tension and enhance energetic flow.
• Perform lymphatic facial massage to de-puff, sculpt, encourage detoxification, and awaken natural radiance.
• Educate clients on the connection between lifestyle, stress, inflammation, and skin health.
• Confidently recommend professional skincare and wellness-supportive homecare rituals.
• Collaborate with medical providers and refer clients when advanced treatments are appropriate.
• Maintain a grounded, serene, and professional presence in every interaction.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, growth-minded team environment.
• Looking for a go-getter to spear head and develop our skincare department. 

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician License.
• Experience in luxury spa or medical spa environment preferred, and interest in growing clientele within On The Glow.
• Strong knowledge of cranial, facial, neck, and lymphatic massage techniques.
• Knowledge in educating clientele, sales, referring to medical spa services to enhance results, and be able to work in a team environment.
• Deep understanding of holistic skin health principles.
• Confidence in discussing treatment plans and retail recommendations.
• Professional, polished, and energetically aware.
• Committed to personal growth and continuing education.
