Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance AgentJob Overview:Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our client to support Medicare-eligible customers through their health plan enrollment journey. In this role, you will guide seniors in understanding available Medicare Advantage options, conduct consultative sales conversations, and complete compliant enrollments. This position is ideal for a motivated, service-oriented agent who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about helping individuals make well informed healthcare decisions. This is a
remote, temp-to-hire opportunity offering excellent long-term potential.
Compensation:$18.00–$20.00 per hour + commissions
Work Schedule:Shift between
10:15 AM–8:00 PM ESTKey Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
- Deliver thorough outbound sales consultations, with some inbound support, to educate seniors on Medicare Advantage offerings and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Manage long-form sales calls (often 2–4 hours) while maintaining engagement, accuracy, and compliance throughout each conversation.
- Complete full enrollments directly during outbound calls while maintaining strict adherence to Medicare marketing guidelines.
- Utilize internal workflows and carrier requirements to ensure every enrollment meets quality, documentation, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain productivity targets, including the expectation of securing at least one enrollment per day.
Qualifications and Skills for the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
- Active health & accident insurance license in the state where you reside, with willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses.
- Minimum of one year of insurance sales experience, including outbound calling.
- Understanding of Medicare compliance practices, including the 48?hour rule, and ability to follow all regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills, paired with a proactive, mission driven sales mindset.
- Reliable high speed internet connection (home hotspot or T-Mobile home internet not permitted).
