Location & Schedule
Note: Your must be willing to travel to all CILA homes based on individual/agency needs
Locations: Evanston, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Highland Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines & Mt. Prospect
Hours: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

1. Complete needed medication passes across all locations.
2. Follow body check schedule.
3. Deliver medication as needed to appropriate location and assist with monthly medication change over..
4. Review shift count and control count logs.
5. Other duties as assigned.
The LPN is accountable for maintaining individual certifications (CPR/First aid and LPN) and ensure all necessary course re-trainings are up to date to remain an active employee in accordance with Rimland’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements:
Pass:
A fingerprint criminal background check
A child abuse and neglect check
A drug screen.
Provide:
An original educational document (no photocopies) showing you have obtained your LPN license and it is in good standing in the state of Illinois.
Residency for the past 2 years
Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
