Machine Operator 2-3 MONTHS OF INTERNATIONAL TRAINING (expenses paid)

Machine Operator- Interviewing ASAP (Positions Filling Fast)

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift available

Pay: $23/hr.+ OT

SIGN ON BONUS: $1200

Permanent/direct placement

Must train in China for 2-3 months (all expenses paid)

Job Description

We are seeking CAREER motivated individuals to join a growing solar‑panel manufacturing operation as machine operators, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality‑control procedures, and support high‑efficiency manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long‑term CAREER in the clean‑energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine tasks to support manufacturing flow.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.
• Work with your team to keep production moving.
• Help keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Essential Skills

• Machine operation experience is a must.
• Proficiency in using hand tools or reading blueprints.
• Ability to measure with tape measures
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with calipers and quality control

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.

Benefits: Blue cross blue shield o High deductible and low deductible o HSA/FSA

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,IN.
