Optimizing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle is key to revenue growth, working capital performance, and customer satisfaction. The OTC Director owns the process of customer OTC setup, pricing/contract alignment, billing, cash application, and collection activities of Highway Transport (Company), while ensuring processes reflect bulk chemical transportation requirements (e.g., accessorial billing/governance, POD timing, wash tickets, and customer-specific invoicing rules). The position manages and develops OTC policies and procedures, provides recommendations for improvement in both processes and cash receipts, and delivers frequent reporting to management of KPI metrics. This job is an in-office role that is located in the Knoxville Corporate office.
