Job Title: Non-Clinical - Administrative - Administrative Assistant
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Apple Valley, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Working hours - Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00)
1. Schedule: 0930-1800, MONDAY-FRIDAY
2. Location: St Mary Rehab Services Main Campus 16951 Kasota Rd, Apple Valley, Ca suite 600
3. Will this position by onsite, remote, or hybrid? Onsite
4. Is there an opportunity for this clinician to convert to perm? Possibly
5. Any certifications/licenses required? No
6. Position Responsibilities/Description: answering phones, filing, scheduling, creating patient charts, communicating with referral sources
7. Education Requirements: none
8. Education Preferences none
9. Years of Experience required: at least 1
10. Experience Requirements: secretarial in a busy office, healthcare preferred
11. Experience Preferences:
12. Skills Requirements: bilingual in spanish preferred
13. Skills Preferences: proficient in those required for job
