Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a role in Granite Falls, MN .
This position is based in an outpatient clinic setting , focused on helping patients improve function and overall quality of life through hands-on rehabilitation.
Active Minnesota OT License (or eligibility)
BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
Experience in outpatient or rehab setting preferred
Strong focus on patient-centered care and functional outcomes
Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible hours)
Duration: 13 weeks
Setting: Outpatient Rehab Clinic
Open to lower guaranteed hours if desired
4-week onboarding required prior to start
