Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a role in Mound City, MO .
This position is based in a rehab/LTC setting , focusing on improving patients' independence with ADLs and functional mobility .
Active Missouri OT License
Minimum 1 year of OT experience (required)
Experience in LTC or Rehab setting (required)
Knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and functional rehab
Must be submitted at posted rate
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
Flexible start/end times (must be consistent and coordinated with DOR)
Duration: 13 weeks
Setting: Rehab / Long-Term Care
Focus on patients with:
Cognitive impairments
ADL and functional limitations
Treatments include:
ADL retraining
Therapeutic exercise and activities
Assistive device training
Collaborative rehab environment with therapy team support
No weekends or on-call required
Must document and track treatment minutes per regulatory standards
Opportunity to supervise COTAs and rehab staff
Participation in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings required
