Job Title: Live Stream Break Room Coordinator
Company: Mount Olympus Rips
Location: Plymouth, MN (On-site only)
Schedule: Sunday and Monday | Evening Hours (6:00pm – 2:00am)
Compensation: $22 – $30 per Hour (based on experience and card knowledge)

Job Overview:
Mount Olympus Rips is one of the fastest-growing football card breaking teams streaming exclusively on Whatnot . If you've watched streams from Backyard Breaks or We The Hobby across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Fanatics Live, you already know the level of energy and community we aim to bring— but we’re fully committed to Whatnot . We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented team member to run the behind-the-scenes action of our live streams, helping keep everything smooth, professional, and hype.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up for breaks, including prepping wax, repacks, and product displays
• Operate OBS (Open Broadcast System) to manage stream visuals and overlays
• Take teams off the board in real-time after bids close on Whatnot
• Track live sales and break flow to ensure accuracy and smooth transitions
• Sort and organize cards by team/player for post-break shipping
• Assist with sleeving, top-loading, and prepping high-value cards
• Engage with viewers in the Whatnot chat—answer questions, provide updates, and help moderate
• Keep the break studio clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support breakers by restocking supplies and troubleshooting live stream issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of modern trading cards (NFL, NBA, MLB, F1, etc.)
• Familiarity with Whatnot and the flow of live card breaks
• Comfortable using OBS or quick to learn new tech platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and sharp in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
