Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Prepare materials and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed.
• Apply industrial paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and uniform application.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Read job specifications and work with team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Painter Qualifications:

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or painting experience.
• Ability to read basic job instructions, follow safety procedures, and operate painting equipment.
• Comfortable working in fast?paced environments with exposure to heights, chemicals, and industrial machinery.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
