This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, dignity, and respect while serving families during meaningful moments. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain crematory equipment in a safe and efficient manner Perform cremations in full compliance with state regulations and company standards Accurately identify, track, and process remains throughout all stages of cremation Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly crematory environment Complete required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Work collaboratively with funeral home staff to ensure timely and dignified service Requirements High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements precisely Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed Ability to lift and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Crematory certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
