Parts Counter Job Order

We are seeking a presentable reliable and detailoriented Parts Counter Associate for a highvolume sales counter. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers learns quickly and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide bestinclass customer service to customers and coworkers
• Pull orders accurately and efficiently as needed
• Lift boxes weighing 4050 lbs
• Follow procedures to ensure accurate order picking
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Switch between customer service and order pulling as needed
• Operate standup forklifts (training provided)

Qualifications

• Must be presentable and professional
• Strong ability to work with fractions and numbers
• Trainable with the ability to work independently and with team spirit
• Basic computer and keyboard skills required
• Simple math skills required
• Bilingual skills helpful but not required
• Willingness to build experience and grow in the role over time

Pay & Advancement

• Starting pay: $17.50/hr
• Increase to $18.50/hr after successful completion of a 30day performance test demonstrating understanding of the partnumber system
• Additional earning potential through a sales commission program
