PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

At YMCA of the Rockies , we’re on a mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and lifecycle marketing strategy—turning insights into bookings, memberships, and life-changing experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own performance marketing strategy across Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels

  • Set and manage KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CAC, and bookings targets with disciplined pacing and testing

  • Lead agency partners and a small internal team to deliver high-performing campaigns

  • Strengthen attribution, analytics, and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and more

  • Partner with web and creative teams to improve UX, CRO, landing pages, and creative testing

  • Build mission-aligned partnerships with tourism and community organizations to amplify reach

  • Turn storytelling and offers into high-converting performance creative

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, analytics tools, and SEO fundamentals

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
