Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician

West Chester, PA

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$22.00

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend Shift which is 3- 12 hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Responsibilities:

• Performs precision finishing and polishing of medical device components, applying detailed, hands on techniques similar to fine jewelry finishing
• Responsible for assembly multi-component parts, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting production flow in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment
  

Requirements

Must Have Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
  
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
  
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
• Familiarity with clean room assembly or packaging procedures
