As a Product Designer at Ajaib, you will play a critical role in shaping and defining the user experience of our innovative financial products. Ajaib is a fast-growing fintech startup in Indonesia, aiming to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers, to create intuitive and user-centered designs that align with our brand aesthetic and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for our mobile and web applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs from concept to implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a tech startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and an eye for visual design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus

• Experience designing for financial or investment-related products.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Passion for financial technology and staying up-to-date with market trends.
