We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong law enforcement skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional security services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any unauthorized activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed.
• Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid security officer license or certification.
• Previous security experience.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures through DCJS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
