Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join the team remotely, working EST hours. This is open due to the team needing extra hands-on deck with daily workload. The Scrum Master will be expected to lead daily standups, manage Agile ceremonies, and guide the team's overall Agile practice while collaborating closely with business partners, product owners, and technical leads. This role involves driving work across data management, RPA, reporting, and related initiatives, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and coordination with developers. The Scrum Master will also support efforts involving Azure DevOps (ADO), provide ADO training, and help facilitate projects various projects including integrating new data sources, managing databases and subscriptions, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing development work. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills as they will be interacting with various different stakeholders and teams.
