**Kevesta Devs** is looking to collaborate with motivated, professional individuals based in **Asia**, **specifically Singapore, the** **Philippines**,
to support interview processes for software-based roles as part of our extended global remote team.
We work closely with experienced senior developers and international engineering talent. Over time, our team has developed a structured and reliable approach to preparing candidates and supporting interview workflows for remote job opportunities.

** Role Overview**
**Interview Representative**

This role is ideal for someone who:
* Is comfortable communicating in professional software interview settings
* Demonstrates a strong willingness to grow professionally
* Does not require a deep technical background
* Does not need to handle development tasks or job execution
Your primary responsibility will be participating in software job interviews and meetings, with **full technical and process support provided by our internal senior engineering team**.
** Responsibilities**
* Attend software job interviews and professional meetings as scheduled
* Communicate clearly and confidently with client companies
* Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team
* Join short daily standups and sprint meetings
* Maintain professional communication with employers
You will **not** be responsible for coding, technical problem-solving, or task delivery unless you choose to be involved.
** Requirements**
* Must be based in Asia, specifically **Singapore** and the **Philippines**
* Must have **native or fluent English** communication skills
* Must have **Bachelor’s** Degree of science
* Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection
* Able to share your profile and provide computer access during available time for job-related activities
** Nice to Have (Not Required)**
* Experience in coordination, dispatcher, recruiting, or operations
* **Software development experience**
* A **secondary computer** that is not frequently used
** Flexibility for Currently Employed Candidates**
If you are currently employed, there is no need to leave your existing role during this process.
