Job Title: SAP s4/HANA Group Reporting Specialist ((2023 SPS04 Release))

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid (Goregaon (East), Mumbai)

Working Hours: 4 AM to 12 PM ET (2:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST)

NOTE: Must have Last two projects in GR (Group Reporting) implementation (10+ Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for complex business scenarios involving multiple reporting currencies in S/4HANA.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain the S/4HANA Group Reporting module, analyzing user requirements to determine optimal system configurations and conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.
• Apply deep expertise in Matrix Consolidations to support global reporting needs.
• Administer all aspects of S/4HANA Group Reporting (2023 SPS04 Release), ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
• Drive group consolidation processes for multinational enterprises with multi-currency setups across 80+ countries.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of financial accounting processes, including corporate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and consolidation.
• Architect and implement flat file Trial Balance integrations with Group Reporting (SAP ECC and non-ECC systems to S/4 GR).
• Deliver high-quality outputs such as POCs, complex business solutions, and comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural business users to provide support, training, and requirements gathering.
• Enable IFRS reporting through Group Reporting integrated with the IFRS Ledger in S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong finance background with knowledge of Chart of Accounts, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Minimum of two full-cycle implementations of S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Excellent presentation abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in developing CDS views to meet reporting requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve business issues and design workarounds where standard solutions are unavailable.
